Privacy Policy

What we collect

• What you enter when you order or contact us: name, email, phone, parcel and property details, dates, and your agent's details if you add them.
• Documents you upload, such as title reports, seller disclosures, surveys, and septic records.
• Your account: name, email, and a securely hashed password, or, if you sign in with Google, your name and email from Google. A cookie keeps you signed in.
• Payment details, which go directly to our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic, cookie-free website analytics from Cloudflare that do not identify you.

How we use it

Only to do the work you ordered, to contact you about it, to coordinate professionals you approve, and to keep business and tax records. We share property details with a partner (a septic designer, for example) only when you've asked us to bring them in.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Where it's stored

Accounts and order details are stored with Supabase. Uploaded documents and reports are stored with Cloudflare. Email goes through Google Workspace and our email delivery provider. Payments are processed by Stripe.

How long we keep it

Uploaded documents are deleted two years after your report is delivered. Order and payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Ask us any time to delete your information sooner, unless we have to keep it by law.
